Mogente (or Moixent in Valenciano) is a small town in the Valencian Community.

On a recent trip I had to Valencia in January 2009, I was driving back towards Pinoso, using the A35 Motorway.

Hi - We have lived around Mazarron for nearly 2 years. Our E106 is running out and as we are early retired we do not have acces to the Spanish system. We are looking at private health cover and have heard and read about a company called asssa. They sound good,  but I would like to hear what others think about them. Anybody knows anything?

 Losing another friend

A very strange thing happened today...

Cartagena is a medium-sized town on the south-east coast of Spain, dominated by an industrial port and an illustrious naval history: the inventor of the submarine was from Cartagena, as commemorated by the huge grey prototype submarine from 1888 that squats down by the leisure port. The largest submarine in the world is also being built here, under wraps so nothing to see unfortunately.

Why is it all such a fight?

The season has just slipped into almond picking mode again. Hardly believable. Out come the cook books for figs with everything...... Everyone else in the world seems to have gone to UK or are on the playa here in Murcia . Phone calls dont get answered;, work is on hold; but still we have to battle with the hunter saga again.
