08a-Champions League- Rangers Away
Submitted by Simon Harris on Tue, 23/10/2007 - 14:02.Hopefully, the FIFA virus won't affect the boys tonight. The worst thing about Saturday's game, apart from the whole team looking tired and unenthusiastic, was Deco getting injured. Apparently, he'd been in pain after he came back from his game with Portugal, he complained again at half time and was given a massage an an anti-inflammatory - they should have taken him off. Anyway, it looks like Gudjohnsen will substitute him. He'll have his work cut out, though, against a bunch of bruisers like Rangers. Fingers crossed.
