Submitted by debsjenkins on Wed, 15/10/2008 - 18:01.Now me and Marcus (my husband) came up with a great idea in the spring - let's learn to drive a boat. It can't be that hard, all sorts of idiots are allowed to drive boats, you just have to sit and watch at the Mar Menor on a sunny day to see how many idiots are out there!

Time for a drive.
Submitted by jacquib on Sun, 12/10/2008 - 20:20.We are gradually starting to explore further afield, and so today we loaded the dogs into the back of the car and headed south. The furthest south we have been before is Mojacar, so today we were into new territory. We decided to stick to the coast road and head for Carboneras.
As we passed the bay in Terreros, we had gentle waves lapping onto the beach and, despite the day being grey, the winds and rains of the previous days have gone and so we were looking forward to an enjoyable drive.
